Stemmmatters was created in 2007 as an academic spin-off of University of Minho, Portugal. The company has since generated substantial know-how and experience regarding the development and manufacturing of a diverse set of regenerative medicine products across several technology domain verticals. The track-record of the company has resulted in the development and consolidation of a highly differentiated biomaterial product platform, currently being exploited for multiple indications. Stemmatters has acquired significant experience and track record in developing and manufacturing medical devices and medicinal products, including biopharmaceuticals, which is sustained by a successful track-record of multiple site audits and authorizations from business partners and competent authorities.
